Commercial Automatic PET Can Sealer

Built with an enhanced 270W high-torque motor, the machine delivers consistent compression to create perfect leak-proof seals. Mild vibration is normal during sealing work, so we reinforced the entire frame with thicker steel plates and raised the unit weight from 70 lbs to 82 lbs. The heavy solid body greatly reduces wobble, enabling smooth, stable all-day continuous operation for long-term commercial use.

The upgraded control panel comes with separate independent power switch, one-touch start button, built-in sealing counter, height adjustment knob and anti-misoperation stop lock. Multiple safety designs avoid accidental startup, lowering operation risks for staff.

This sealer fits all standard #202 cans with 55mm diameter, supporting can heights from 2.4” to 6.7”. It includes 5 interchangeable standard cup holders: 8.4oz(250ml), regular 11.2oz, tall slim 11.2oz, 16.9oz and 22oz. Custom cup holders and customized diameter supports are available on request.

Each machine is factory calibrated for our matching PET cans. Third-party PET cans vary in height; shorter cans may not touch the sealing head fully and cause leaks. Simply twist the cup holder upward 1–2 turns to lift the can for tight, leak-free sealing in seconds.
